Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the products are securely protected.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized DHL or local carrier drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
